Todd Bartimole is an Ohio Elder Law Attorney. Mr. Bartimole is a former Long Term Care Ombudsman and director and founder of the Office for Medicare Advocacy which assisted Medicare beneficiaries with wrongfully denied claims.
Mr. Bartimole focuses his practice on the problems of the elderly, including Medicare and Medicaid eligibility issues, nursing home resident rights and negligence issues, asset protection and estate planning for older persons, and public benefit eligibilty.
Mr. Bartimole also provides estate planning advice and probate adminstration services.
Mr. Bartimole frequently speaks to other attorneys about issues regarding the elderly as well as public speaking to persons in the aging network and consumers of long term care and their families.
